A Principal Contractor or High-Risk Activity Contractor must complete the SMS verification after Risk Profile and WHS Questionnaire are approved.
1. Accessing SMS Verification
1.1 Availability
The SMS Verification tab becomes available once your Risk Profile and WHS Questionnaire are approved.
1.2 Open the SMS Tab
Select the SMS Verification tab in your Site360 dashboard to begin.
2. SMS Verification Process
2.1 ISO 45001 Certification
If you hold ISO 45001 certification and have uploaded the certificate, you complete a condensed SMS verification focused on audit details.
Provide recent ISO 45001 audit information as prompted.
2.2 Non‑ISO Contractors
Answer all SMS questions relevant to your work services and activities.
Mandatory questions are marked with a red asterisk and must be completed to submit.
2.3 Supporting Evidence Upload
Provide responses in text fields and upload evidence of your SMS (e.g., policies, procedures).
Accepted file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, Excel, Word.
3. Declaration & Submission
3.1 Tick the Declaration
Confirm that all information entered is true, correct, and current.
3.2 Submit SMS Verification
Click SUBMIT SMS VERIFICATION.
Status updates to Awaiting Approval.
4. Review & Approval
4.1 Lead Auditor Review
A Site360 Lead Auditor will review your responses and evidence.
You will receive an email when approved or if more information is required.
SMS status updates under the Details tab accordingly.
4.2 Mandatory Field Reminders
If any mandatory field is unanswered, a pop-up highlights missing areas.
5. Validity & Updates
The SMS Verification is valid for two years from approval.
If work services or activities change, update your SMS by clicking Edit SMS Verification, uploading new evidence, and resubmitting.
