Site360 Quick Reference Guide: Registering a Merch & Dem Company

Companies providing in-store Merchandiser and Demonstrator services must register in the Site360 Admin Dashboard to manage individual worker inductions. This process is free of charge.

1. Overview

Merch & Dem suppliers use the Site360 Admin Dashboard to register their company and manage inductions for individual workers. No membership fees apply for Merch & Dem services.

2. Register the Company

1. Go to Site360 Registration: Visit www.wowcontractor.com and click Register.

2. Enter Company ABN: Input your ABN, review pre-populated details, and choose NEXT.

3. Accept Invitation: Click LET’S GET STARTED to proceed.
    

4. Complete Business Details: Fill out the Business Details form (address, contacts) and click SUBMIT.

3. Login & Complete Risk Profile

1. Login: Sign in to Site360 using your newly created credentials.

2. Accept Relationship: On the Relationships page, click ACCEPT.

3. Submit Risk Profile: Complete all Risk Profile questions and click SUBMIT.

4. Next Steps

• Site360 will review your submission and notify you via email upon approval.

• Once approved, add individual workers to your Team List to manage their inductions in the Woolworths Group Visitor App.
