Site360 Quick Reference Guide 5: How to Manage Payments

This guide explains how to manage and pay for your Site360 company prequalification and individual induction fees.


1. Paying Company Pre-Qualification Fees

  • After completing your Risk Profile submission, you will receive an invoice from Site360 Pty Ltd.

  • View the invoice under the Invoices tab in your Site360 dashboard.

  • Pay the invoice via EFT or credit card following the payment instructions.


2. Paying for Individual Inductions

There are two payment options for worker inductions:

A. Pre-Pay for Induction Licences

  • Navigate to the Inductions or Licences tab.

  • Select Pre-Pay to purchase any number of induction licences in bulk.

  • Allocate licences to individual workers as needed.

B. Pay-As-You-Go

  • Choose Pay-As-You-Go to invoice workers upon completion of their inductions.

  • An invoice will be generated automatically after each completed induction.


3. Viewing and Managing Invoices

  • Click the Invoices tab to view all outstanding and paid invoices.

  • Filter by date, status, or type (company vs. induction).

  • Download PDF copies or click Pay Now on unpaid invoices.
