Site360 Quick Reference Guide: Adding Individuals and Completing Inductions

Once your company is registered and onboarding requirements are complete, you can add individual workers to your Teams list, purchase induction seats, and guide them through completing their Woolworths health & safety inductions.


1. Overview

  • Teams List: Add or approve individual profiles under TEAMS.

  • Induction Seats: Purchase and assign seats under INDUCTIONS.

  • Completing Inductions: Workers complete inductions via the Woolworths Group Visitor App.

  • Our Place Induction Card: View completed inductions and expiry dates.


2. Add the Individual to the Teams List

Option 1: Admin-Initiated Invite

  1. Select TEAMS from the main menu and click ADD TEAM MEMBER.

  2. Enter the individual’s mobile number, first & last name, then click INVITE.

  3. The individual receives a text invite and must have a profile in the Woolworths Group Visitor App to accept and complete inductions.

Option 2: Self-Registration Request

  1. The individual self-registers in the Woolworths Group Visitor App and selects your company.

  2. You’ll see their entry under TEAMS with status REQUESTED.

  3. Click APPROVE (to accept) or REMOVE (to decline).


3. Purchase an Induction Seat

  1. Select RELATIONSHIPS from the main menu, then COMPANY ONBOARDING.

  2. Switch to the INDUCTIONS tab.

  3. Enter the number of Induction Seats required and click BUY SEAT.

  4. Next to the individual’s name, click ASSIGN to allocate a seat.

Note: Induction Seats are valid for two years from first induction completion.


4. Completing Inductions

  1. In the Woolworths Group Visitor App, tap INDUCTIONS.

  2. Complete all required health & safety inductions relevant to the worker’s activity or visit reason.

  3. Completed inductions appear under Our Place Induction Card with expiry dates.

Note: No email is sent upon completion; monitor the card for status.


5. Access the Our Place Induction Card

  1. In the App, tap your Name, then Woolworths Group.

  2. View the Our Place Induction Card, showing all completed inductions and expiry dates.Note: No email is sent upon completion; monitor the card for status.


Support

Note: There are no more induction card numbers, as everything is attached to the users profile.
